• On average, new build bungalows are 57.37% more energy efficient, saving homeowners £131 a month in energy bills. That's a saving of more than £1,435 a year!

• Properties built to new sustainability regulations from June 2023 onwards are estimated to save homeowners more than £1,574 on their annual energy bills.
