OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM
Before handing over the keys to a new property, the Devine Homes Customer Care Team invites all new home owners to inspect their new home whilst providing an opportunity for the Devine Homes team to explain how areas of their new home function, such as the heating system, fixtures and appliances to ensure the homeowner is familiar with their operation.
At legal completion all home owners receive a comprehensive manual containing all manufacturers guarantees, local information and contact details for our dedicated Customer Care Service. This includes all relevant NHBC warranties or comparable guarantees where applicable.
